New England Lobster Rolls

It was our honeymoon, and while perched by the dunes on South Beach on Martha's Vineyard, we devoured local corn on the cob and lobster rolls during a sunset-watching picnic. That's the memory derived every time I indulge in these New England staple.

The natural sweetness of lobster pairs ideally with peppery arugula, sharp chives, and bright lemon. I prefer Kraft mayonnaise to other brands because of it's low(er) sugar content. If you're into making homemade mayonnaise, now would be the time to whip some up. With so little ingredients involved in the mix, each should shine on their own. Get recipe here!
