Rosh Hashanah

It's Rosh Hashanah tonight and I'll be feasting once again at my friend's family's house celebrating the Jewish holiday. What better way to celebrate the Jewish New Year than to fill our bellies with comforting it's-almost-fall inspired dishes. I'll be making traditional brisket with vegetable sauce, and an apple kugel. This will be my first kugel and I can't wait! Check back for recipes and photos...
