INGREDIENTS:
1-Cup Almond Milk, or other milk substitute
½-Cup Frozen Mango
½-Cup Frozen Pineapple
½-Cup Unsweetened Apple Sauce
2-tsp Apple Pie Spice, or 1-tsp cinnamon, ½-tsp ginger, ½-tsp cloves
½-Cup Apple Cider or Water
1 Scoop Protein Powder, optional
METHOD:
Blend together all ingredients until smooth. Makes 1 serving.
