Another Holiday, Come and Gone

Easter was so early this year that "in-season" ingredients were not so plentiful for my Spring inspired menu. I had to use dried morel mushrooms of all things. C'est la vie. I think I pulled it off anyhow. Check out my menu along with recipes and pictures here.
