Top Chef Chicago Premier

Mm mm, deep dish pizza. Can't you envision clutching a gooey slice of salty cheese, sweet tomato, spicy peppers, tender yet crispy dough...oh sorry, I got lost in my desires.

I only have one question to ask: You don’t know how to make a soufflĂ©? These contestants leave little to be desired. And the “impressive” smoke trapped crab cake is a blatant copycat of a Thomas Keller Per Se dish. Looks like the girls have a head start in the game however. Duck can be a challenge, but only if you forget to utilize it’s best characteristic…..
the fat! I mean, come on “Chefs”. Who are these people anyways, and how did they get chosen to be on the, “highest rated cable food show?”
