20 Days of Cookies - Day 5

Day 5: Everything Cookies
You could call these "everything-but-the-kitchen-sink" cookies, but I'm so over that phrase! So I shortened it and simplified it. Seriously though, I have not offered these to someone without a reaction of pure satisfaction. It conquers the cravings of the chocolate, nutty, peanut butter, caramel, oat, candy ... Lover! The red and green M&Ms turn on the holiday flair.

1 ¼ cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
½ tsp ground cinnamon
1 cup (2 sticks) salted butter, softened
¾ cup granulated sugar
¾ cup packed brown sugar
2 large eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
½ cup creamy Peanut Butter (prefer Skippy)
1 cup quick or old-fashioned oats, toasted (pour in dry fry pan on med. heat until golden brown)
1 cup TOLL HOUSE® Butterscotch Flavored Morsels
2/3 cup TOLL HOUSE® Chocolate Chunks
2/3 cup coconut, toasted (pour in dry fry pan on med. heat until golden brown)
½ cup M&M’S® Minis Milk Chocolate red and green

• Preheat oven to 375° F.

• Combine flour, baking soda, salt and cinnamon in small bowl. Beat butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, eggs and vanilla extract in large mixer bowl. Gradually beat in flour mixture. Stir in peanut butter, oats, morsels, chunks, coconut. Drop by rounded tablespoon onto ungreased baking sheets.

Press red and green M&Ms into cookies uniformly.
• Bake for 9-10 minutes. Cool on baking sheets for 2 minutes; remove to wire racks to cool completely.
